Complaint against Samsung Mobile Service Station

I had purchased Samsung A7 serial no.RF8G308PPRB(359038051547623) on 04.05.15 from Vijay Sales, Vasai. On Friday dated 08.05.2015 by mistake water dropped on my phone on my desk in the afternoon. I took phone in S.G.Infotech Samsung Authorised service station at Borivali west at 3:50 pm. Ms. Sangeeta Shelake, Customer Service Executive said they need to open the phone, if they open they need to replace some chips and gasket compulsory (Chip and gasket is available with us, other than that if any part needed will have to order) else they won’t be able to close the phone again. And it will be charge Rs. 785 /- for chip and Rs.170/- for service. I asked them to open the phone infront of me but they denied saying that it will take 2 hours to open the phone and they will call me back. When after 2 hours I didn’t received any call from them, I called on service station mobile no as given by Ms. Sangeeta and after receiving my phone she put me on long hold, without transferring my phone to any one or speaking to me she disconnected my phone, I again connected call and she transfered to Mr. Pankaj , Service Manager, he said it will take one hour to open the phone, on this statement I said that I had submitted phone 2 hours before and that time they said two hours to open the phone now you asking one hour more, on this he said I will call you back in half an hour, surprisingly he called me in 10 mins saying its mother board and camera has been damaged and Rs.12000/- will be charged for the same to replace it. I were so surprise that they didn’t opened the phone infornt of me, then they said it will take 2 hours to open, then after 2 hours they said 1 hour to open, then he said he will call back in half n hour and he called in 10 mins saying parts has been damaged and Rs.12000/- more need to pay. I asked Mr. Pankaj to give me phone back as it is. He said he will return it tomorrow and he will keep phone ready with necessary parts to close the phone.
Next day on 09.05.15 at 10.30 am when I visited to collect the phone Ms. Sangeeta said it will take half an hour to close, asked to seat out. In within 5 mins she said parts are not available need to order and you will get phone on Monday. When I asked to return the phone back, she started fighting without reason. I said I will not give any amount for service, she rudely said “ DID I ASKED TO PURCHASE YOU SO COSTLY PHONE”. And started fighting. She was literally shouting on me, like I did some mistake that I purchased Samsung phone and she is doing any “EHSAN” on me. I asked her to connect me to her boss but she refuse, then I too refused to pay Rs. 170/- against service charges then she spoke to her boss and returned my CLOSED phone in 5 mins. I were surprised, if they said on the submission of my phone they will not be able to close the phone without gasket and chips, how they closed phone then. They didn’t answered for it. And Ms. Sangeeta again started shouting on me saying “JAA JAHA JAKE COMPLAINT KARNA HAI KAR, TUM KUCH NAHI UKHAD SAKETE MERA”. This kind of service we get from AUTHORISED SAMSUNG SERVICE STATION and this kind of language CUSTOMER CARE use for the customer.
Now I really don’t know whether they shown parts NEXT DAY of my phone or just of their damaged things which are lying with them. Because they didn’t showed me phone when they opened. I find their all statements are fake. Very less water dropped on my phone. I purchased the SAMSUNG A7 by watching YOUTUBE clip of WATER RESISTANCY for SAMSUNG A7.

I had received call from Samsung but both times they disconnected phone when I asked them for help, also received mail from Mr. Shailesh Jha that they will not be able to help in this regards.
