Product is not delivering / Money is not refunding

Hello,

I have ordered an Transcand 1TB Hard disk from shopclues with the order id 24905277. While ordering expected delivery was 3 – 4 Nov later on they changed to 5-6 Nov, but till now product was not devlivered and there is no option for refund also.

So many times i have called the customer care nobody is answering the call. I have raised more than 5 requests for the followup but no action has been taken. I have written twice to the seller still no use.
