Product not delivered, No reply from customer care

I placed an order for two table tennis bats from snapdeal on cash on delivery basis.
when the parcel was delivered the invoice clearly mentioned quantity 2 on it. I paid the entire amount of rs 2472. on opening the product i realised i have received only one unit. raised a complaint on snapdeal customer care number on 26th september,2014. they have not contacted me a sinle time and keep delaying when i call them by 48hours.
please see what can be done.
