I PURCHASED A AC NAME KORYO. FROM BIG BAZAR IN GRAT INDIA PALACE MALL NOIDA SECTOR 18 ON DATE 15/05/2011 RECEIPT NO 0039983 . MY AC WAS NOT IN WORKING FROM 23/08/2014 DUE TO FAULT OF COMPRESSOR. I HAVE BEEN COMPLAINT TO KORO CARE ON DATE 23/08/2014 ,COMPLAINT NO.506580, BUT HE DO NOT GIVE ANY RESPONSE. AGAIN COMPLIANT ON DATE 09/09/2014 BY COMPLAINT NO.508017. AND ALSO COMPLAINT TO BIG BAZAR ON DATE 21/09/204 COMPLAINT NO.007038448 . NO ANY RESPONSE TILL TO DAY AFTER THAT. I HAVE COMMUNICATE TO THEMES MORE AND MORE TIMES AT PHONE. BUT HE DOESN’T GIVE ANY RESPONSES . I AM VERY DISTURBED REGARDING MY A C . PLEASE TAKE MY PROBLEM SERIOUSLY. THANKS
