   This is just not done. Your team is working on this since long-long-long. How much time more ?

   Do not promise(mention) the ‘Estimated Delivery Date’ until you’re not sure about it. 15+ days to deliver a product? And that too within India?

   Please learn from other e-commerce companies out in the market. They deliver the product even before the Estimated Delivery Date.

   I had to gift it to someone, and you’ll just spoiled the entire plan and mood.
   I would like you guys to compensate for this. Refund me some part of the payment(though it is COD- Cash On Delivery)

   Another interesting thing to share.
   I called up Snapdeal Customer Care yesterday, b’coz I want a resolution/compensation to my problem which Snapdeal has created in combination with Delhivery Couriers.

   I called up, and waited until it was my turn, until an executive atteneded me. I told him, that I want to talk to some higher authority person(Manager or Team/Floor Leader). This guy told me to be online, while he finds a Manager/Team Leader. After making me wait for around 10mins, he gets back to me and says, that all the higher authority officials are busy now. And that they will call back, once they are free.

   I knew this is not gonna happen. And so, I asked him thrice if you guys are gonna call back. He said “Definitely sir. We will call you back within 4 hours.” I asked him “4 hours??”
   He said “Yes, you can expect a call within 4 hours”
   I waited for 18 hours(approx) and didn’t get a call. C’mon you LIARS. Don’t lie atleast.

   I was not at all happy. So picked up my phone minutes before, and called Snapdeal Customer Care again. I explained the executive about yesterday’s incident of not calling me back, and also complained about the lag/delay in delivering the product. He just cut/disconnected my call.

   Meanwhile, I had received a SMS from Delhivery couriers, stating that they “attempted the delivery and were unable to deliver it.” The day I received the message, I was at the place(shipping address). No courier guys came to deliver the product. Infact I was there the day before and day after too. I am wondering why they do such things. They message also had the name and mobile number of the delivery guy. And as expected, I called on that number, its either SWITCHED-OFF or BUSY(redirected to some other number)

   Please take action against Snapdeal and Delhivery Couriers as soon as possible. They are just fooling people. This is just not done
