I am a Vodafone Customer. Vodafone has charged me Rs 49/- for some services, service name is my mydala.com
No options will come for activation. It was activated directly.
I dialed *111# for seeing good offer, after then I pressed 2 for English Language & I choose option my delights there is some options their I select 1 for seeing what is in buy free deal pack at Rs.49 as soon as I select my balance is deducted from 604.69 to 555.69Rs. Total Deduction Amount is Rs. 49. They not ask me to press 1 for Activate or Press 9 for main menu. They directly deduct my money without any permission. It was activated directly. No options will come for activation permission.
This is highly frustrating and why does not the government or vodafone block such cheating which rob our hard earn money in broad daylight. highly unsatisfied Vodafone user.

Thats true. Even I lost 99 Rs. for MyDala Delights service for no reason and when asked they said you clicked some link on internet. Similar thing happened few days back too but they refunded that amount when I called up. Its very frustrating. This type of service should be banned and we should get the refund along with the fine.
