Product not deliverd even after payment deduction

i G. Vinod from Hyderabad has ordered an mobile phone (Spice Full Touch Dual Sim Phone – M6112-Black) to Homeshop18 on 21-02-2014 with order No. 965101295 which was shipped through Aramex for delivery on 22-02-2014 with shipment No. 40922666551. since then i have not received my phone and for which i have also paid amount through my credit card. i was calling Homeshop18 and Aramex since 15 days and they were very irresponsible and were unable to trace my product , they are simply taking request and not solving the problem.

i have ordered this phone particularly for my wife to gift her on her birthday which was on 02nd March. Since 2nd march my wife is fighting with me which results in damage in our relationship and health of our 2 years old daughter.

i just want my mobile phone and the compensation towards damage of relationship between me and my wife which resulted in our daughters ill-health. i have called aramex more than 20 times and those people kept me on hold for long time which incurred huge telephone charges. kindly do the needful
