I Bought a pair of bata shoes on 5.3.2012 from Mailwara Chownk Ghaziabad for Rs 1400. within 4 to 5 months from the date of purchase the sole of one of the shoe was damaged (broken from the heel). When I contacted the same showroom from where it was purchased the owner was not at all coperative and was not even ready to listen any thing. As I was not left with any other choice so I contacted the customer service teem of bata. But that was also of no use. I dont think that within just 4 or 5 months from the date of purchase a product from a branded company like bata will be damaged. And if damaged then their shoud be some kind of replacement or repair for that from the company.
