Fraud from Acer Service centre

Hi,
This is Saptarshi Sengupta. I have a laptop ACER ASPIRE 5742G S/N:LXRB9010111011F78F1601. A few days back I faced a problem with LAN port so I visited your service centre, Aforserve – Kolkata, for repairing. I locked a case ID:060812-271 and against of which they have rectified the problem and closed the case by replacing the mainboard. Now, the issue is with my graphic card before such servicing I had a graphic card of nVIDIA GT540M CUDA but now I found that my graphic card series has been de-graded to nVIDIA GT420M. So, in this regard I approached them but they said they could not do anything as with such serial number company had been provided a mainboard which they had installed.
My point of view is I have gone for servicing and I believe it doesn’t mean the service would be provided by de-grading my original laptop hardware part and I am not at all ready to such loss.

So, I want a proper resolution of such as early as possible.
