It was my friend’s birthday an i ordered a gift for her from their website but they couldn’t deliver the product on time and in the end they canceled the product without my knowledge. i called the customer care and the best resolution was that they can understand the situation but cannot do anything else. I have to face a lot of embarrassment because of their poor service.
