I had purchased one Panasonic mobile phone on 30.8.14 for presenting this as gift to my daughter on 19.9.14. It wad purchased from Hello G dealer at Ludhiana. On 19.9.14 when the said phone was switched on the display was found giving multicolored lines on screen. Again I brought the phone from Chandihgarh to Ludhiana to show it to dealer but he refused to replace it. Then I gave it to Panasonic service centre on 22.9.14. He said it will be repaired and will take one month. Hence, it did not worked even a single day. The dealer and company has cheated me by selling defective hand set. I have faced lot of mental and financial harassment. I want its replacement and compensation of financial loss.
