I have purchased a game from m-biz but after many days of sending request and having my balance debited at the cost of game I have yet not received the unlocking code of game. I spoke to customer care executives hundred times but they have not been able to resolve the problem after trying me so many things regards. I wrote to them at [email protected] but did not receive any response even after 4 days. They claim that support responds in next half hour of sending mail. Now the executive saying that they have not received any mail so far. Don’t know what to do. I feel like cheated. I have wasted lots of money in calling to the the customer care executives at 02267710700.
