I AM NILESH KUMAR RATHORE FROM PRATAPGARH RAJASTHAN. MY MOBILE NUMBER IS 9784658287. YESTERDAY 10/03/2013
22/- RS HAS BEEN DEDUCTED FROM MY ACCOUNT AND BULK SERVICES STARTED ‘MODEL VIDEO’WITHOUT MY PERMISSION. THERE IS A POLICY OF AIRTEL TO FIND REFUND CUSTOMER SHOULD BE CLAIM WITHIN 24 HOURS TO THE CUSTOMER CARE NUMBER. I WANT TO TALK TO CUSTOMER CARE EXECUTIVE . AT 198 COMPLAINT NO OPTION TO CONNECT CUSTOMER EXECUTIVE . AND PAID NUMBER 121 AT LAST NOT CONNECT TO EXECUTIVE AND DISCONNECT THE CALL. I HAVE TRIED TO FIND ANOTHER NUMBERS BUT CALL NOT CONNECT. IF I STOP THE SERVICE VIA SENDING SMS STOP ON 121
THEN DEDUCTED FUND WILL NOT BE GIVEN.
SUGGEST US HOW TO REFUND THE DEDUCTED MONEY
