Problem not handle by BSNL authority since last one month

Dear Sir,

We are facing so much trouble in our bsnl landline PCO no. 0281-2783388. It has an international call facility in it, but we are not able to use it since last one (1) month. We have lodged our complain with local bsnl authority here but the response from them is very pathetic.

We have been told that we are trying to solve this problem but not firmed action is taken by them yet.

Sir we are in to business of resort and due to there poor service we have to face many problems as our mainly guests are basically NRI.

As an INDIAN we believe in consumer forums and quick action of it.
