I have a lifetime prepaid mobile of reliance no-9351135999 since last 7 years and now they have terminated my services without any intimation and when i asked the reason they said that due to some document pendecies we have terminated the same.
Sice that time i have submitted my documents 5 times at their office and still they are asking to submit the documents. Now when i had a chat with their manager-Mr.Alok shriwastawa (ph.09351999991) he is behaving in very abusive manner and is saying that “it will not be going to continue by any way, do whatever you want”. Now i am very much frustrated and want to escalate the company in court for that.
Kindly help me for the same and guide me in repect of take an action against them.
