I have purchased a mobile Sony ericssion “W910i” with Rs.13000 before 1 year.Now my mobile has a problem with keyboard.I have submitted my mobile in “Sony ericssion Service center” at gauribari,ultodhanga,kolkata.But after 1 month they said that it is unrepairable.Is it POSSIBLE???As a consumer it is not possible to throw the mobile in dustbin within 1 yr,after purchased with Rs. 13000..plzz help………
