My Self Jolly Chaudhary from Moradabad.
One Day ( around September 2011 ) I got an call from Club Mahindra & said that you are of the Luckiest Member who has been a Surprise gift from Club Mahindra. I asked him that you have finalized my number then they said that our Lucknow/Chennai based department has organized the Lucky draw of random based Phone number all over the country so you are requested to visit us at our Moradabad based Branch. I visited & they have shown me lots of Holidays packages but we denied.
When we denied then they offer us a different & exclusive offer in that we need to be pay Rs. 33000/- & club Mahindra will provide the 7 Days/8 Nights Offers Free at their any Resorts & also they will give us an Sony Handicam free. This offer was valid for One Year only from the date of booking. But AsI just got married at that time so my financial status was not allowed me to avail this offer. Finally I asked him if I will not take this Handicam as I already have & reduce that amount from the Fee. After that they said OK & we took the membership after paying apprx. Rs 16800/- we plan for our HONEYMOON in Goa @ Varca beech. After One month we received the membership KIT. When we saw the membership KIT we surprised that it shows that we cannot avail this offer until 2013. We were surprised that Club Mahindra has given this Holiday for our honeymoon & they are saying that we cannot book at all.
In the mean time I was having a Exam in Shimla so I finalized to book my 2 night stay in Shimla & contact with Moradabad based Branch Office & they said don’t worry will book your holidays in Shimla. I had requested them in 4 February 2012 to book my holidays but after wasting 20 days they didn’t confirmed my booking. After that i meet them personally so many times but they excuses finally my exam came & we went to the Shimla without having any booking at shimla . We stayed in another Hotel at our expenses.
Then I came back & received a call from Club Mahindra that we have 3 pending EMI against the membership we took & I was surprised. And meet with the Moradabad based Branch Manager & team . They instruct them to cancel my Membership & refund all my amount against the fraud services you have given…… I had
I had given them a Application & they said that you will receive a refund check within 45 days. but after 25 days I got another call from Club Mahindra for the EMI’s & then I said I had filed an application to refund my amount against the fraud services…………. at that she told me that – “we have not received any application from you” I was surprised again & said I have a receiving copy of that application. Then I send the all scan copies of proof to them & request once again to refund my valuable amount. After that they called me so many times and said that as per company policies we can refund but we can provide you holiday in exchange. But I refused that because I can not believe again them & request to refund.
After 60 days I have not heard anything from them now they are not responding on my email.
I am so depressed now & club Mahindra wasted my Honeymoon Dream. It’s a Completely a FRAUD from Club Mahindra & they are making fool to us.
Please help me out. I’ll be so thankful for your help.
