Hi, I purchased a new Tata Photon post paid on 15th June. It was through home delivery from Global Infotech. Its been a week now and it has not got activated till date. I have been told that there is an MeID no. mismatch issue for which several service requests have been raised. Irony is that each time I received messages from Tata Indicom that service request has been resolved but the fact is that my tata photon plus is not activated till date. Every time I call Global Infotech, a new person picks phone and all history is repeated to him/her. They do nothing and just raise a service request.
I was also told by tata photon call center executive to visit any Tata Photn store for resolution. I went to Friends Colony Tata Photon store and they asked me another Rs 750 for replacemet of USB Stick.
I am sufering the problem and do not see any resolution. Please help close it soon…
