Preventive Health Care fraud phone call

On 12/03/2015 I received a call from Preventive Health Care company regarding health insurance.
They somehow convinced me to buy their plan of Rs.3500 and promised to email all the service details to me.I made the payment through Credit Card. But i never received any confirmation from their side.
I cross checked with the hospitals they said they have had tie up’s, but nothing seemed true.
They are not even receiving their customer care number. I believe this is a scam and the company is a total fraud.

The company’s website is http://phci.org.in/ and the number with which they called is – .01140568028.

Please look into this and do the needful.

    Its a fraud.. don’t fall in they trap.

    I have paid 8000 to them after getting calls from them, since then no response and phone is also switched off.

    I think there is a big scam being operating through PHGI, they tell lucrative plans to cover whole family in 8000 to
    10000 rs and give coverage 2 or 3 times coverage just to get the amount and after then no response.

    It is a SCAM….. This is Manish Sharma From Indore, I too purchase their plan on 17th March’ 2016 of Rs.10,000/-. I received the Kit on 5th April’ 2016. But not received what they promised on Phone. I am continuously contacting them on their customer care phone 011-45097293, they received the call but not responding proper. On 12th April’ 2016; I request for cancellation and Ms Manpreet told me that she will send me Address where I have to return the Kit, after receiving the Kit back they will refund my money within 7-10 days. I never received an email from them yet, I am calling them everyday and they are responding that we are sending email to you. Their mailbox ([email protected]) is also returning emails with error that the mailbox is full . I am now planning to do an FIR tomorrow as suggested by my Credit Card Bank, my bank officials need a copy of FIR and after that they can help me. I request you all to do an FIR for phci.org.in and submit it to your credit card bank. they can stop payment if not claimed as merchant claim the credit card payment in around 30 days from the bank.

    I had purchased it on 08/04/2016 at cost of 10k for four years.they Promise I will revevie kit with in 5 days, but not recevied.I tried to conntact but phone is not connecting pls advise should I file fraud complaint police stn.

    Guy’s we have purchased this so called policy but we don’t have any document in our hand except some mail’s i had purchased and next day i called them to cancel coz next day i came to know it’s a fraud company after a few call they have send me a mail that in 7 to 15 days u got ur money back just i am waiting for 15 days after if i dint get money so i will do fir against them.

    I had purchased it on 05/04/2016 at cost of 10k for four years. They Promise I will receive kit with in 5 days, but not received. I tried to same contact (11-46564912) but phone is out of service . And I tired to last two week called this no 011-45097293 on Miss Manpreet , she told within week will refund my amount. I told to her please give me cancellation confirmation on mail not to receive me at that time.

    This company is full fraud!
    I got a call from them yesterday and I was definitely sure about their fraud. As I was searching about them I visited this page and guys wanted to tell you about them.
    They have only 2 partnered labs GenX and Thyrocare and they don’t even send their executives to pick samples.Basically they are new in the market and are not able to provide services and due to what they are offering they have high number of customers because by giving 10000 rs they are giving coupons for 41000 rs and also test for 4 years.Guys,total rubbish!
    I am Manager at Zureka which is online health portal and provide health services.We have 350 labs as our partner and more than 12,00000 clients and we provide medical test to customers at discounted price.
    I have talked to GenX and Thyrocare about them and they told me that 95% of their customers abuse them when they come after taking appointment from them to their labs.
    Guys Zureka is one platform where you will find what you want!Call me.

    I am also facing the same problem where PHCI people have cheated and took my 10,000 which i paid online. The very next day when i asked about reversal of payment and cancellation of my plan, their customer care is giving all false information. Every week they say the amount will be transferred by the end of the week, whcich ultimately doesn’t happen. It’s been more than 2 months i have been following with the fraud people but of no use. Not sure what should i do next.

    I just got a call from them to buy 1 year plan for 4 members for 8000.now after reading reviews here I called there customer care and told them I have not recieved any documents after purchasing your plan they said we have already sent the documents and will reach you by 2 days…hahaha…you can receive documents even without buying a product then why to spend 8k….seems like a fraud company…the executive will call at 3 pm again…looking forward to talk to him..cheers

    I have received call from PHCI on 09.06.2016 and i have paid 10000/- rs online as per plan , but due to some miss understanding and some issue i have call him after 1 hr for reversal amount of rs 10,000/- also i have send email for cancellation membership and refund amount, and per day i am following up with PHCI customer care department and sending email but still i have not received any positive confirmation for refund, till today 17 days has left and i have not received any feed back and confirmation for actual time

    I need my refund amount urgently

    I have purchased the 10000 plan for years and the person “Rajiv” who said is a manager at PHCI offered a discount of 2000 Rupees. And now that guy is not willing to come over the phone. I have not received and kit. And the vouchers they gave are not redeemable anywhere as told by Rajiv. He said he is the India Head and all. Now every time I call same lady picks up and tells a different name. This is a fraud company. And they are doing a scam and looting people. I am planning to file an FIR for fraud. Please all of you file an FIR too. I want that Rajiv guy to pay for his deeds. I will make sure he lands up in Jail.

    who told you that phci is a fraud company.they are providing one of the best preventive health care services in the market.I purchased their platinum plan on 06th Jan and i received package on 15th and every thing what was committed to me was their in the kit.
    BP Machine,Sugar Machine,Massager,doctor,eye,dental,pharmacy,shopping vouchers.Even I have used there 3 full body checkup vouchers of genx lab and when i checked the market price of those 72 tests it was more than 3200 per voucher,even they are much more flexible with their terms and conditions,when doctor recommended test of Vitamin B12 and D for my father which is not part of their body checkup package they told me that they will also do B12 and VitaminD also in place of one more bodycheckup voucher.
    I am really impressed with their services.
    I will recommend this plan to all the senior citizens.
    Also I will suggest others to call their help desk if they are facing any problems they will definitely get that resolved.

    As on today 20 days has left, & in last 20 days i have call in your customer care department min 50 call and i have send 30 email on regular bases. but till now nothing result for refund amount

    I have done payment on 09.06.2016 and immediately with in 1 hr i have send you request for cancellation my membership, pls try to understand this amount is very big for me so pls confirm when i will receive refund amount..

    I opted a health plan from the mentioned company paying INR 10000 on February.I have used few of the vouchers and found it satisfactory as committed by them.
    Recently,i was going through the google search and found negative reviews of the same company regarding the same services.I was shocked to see this as i am not facing any such kind of issues.

    I have visited there head office and met their managements.I found it genuine and reliable.
    I still will recommend people to go for it.

    i also purchased the platinum plan for Rs.10000 from PHCI, i receive blood pressure machine, sugar check machine and one massager (after long followups over phone), but when i send the first voucher to then for reimbursement they took 1 month but still not get my reimbursement, they always reply on mail that reimbursement start on Monday onward but nothing happens.
    it is totally fraud company they don’t provide any insurance and it is not register with IRDA also (it is clearly mentioned on there site) , each and every information on there site is wrong (email,contact no).
    please be aware from this PHCI, it is my big mistake to believe on there ph call and purchased there useless plan.

    Request you to don’t buy it, They never reimbursed any amount to customer, When you call customer care a single lady will give you always answer & tell this mondoy they will give the payment & that monday will never come.

    Below detailsof their fraud.

    6 Body checkup Vouchers – This is only applicable In GENE X & Thyrocare lab, but sales team says it will applicable in Dr. Lal Pathlabs
    16 Doctor Consultation Vouchers- Rs. 500 Per Voucher – but your sales team says you can reimburse any amount it would be 1000 or 2000 as consultation fees.
    1 Blood Sugar Glucometer – They will tell u the brand but it is a Chinese local glucometer
    1 Body Massager- They will tell u Phillips but it’s a cheap Chinese massager
    6 Pathology Discount Card – This is of no use
    1 Blood Pressure Monitor- They will tell u the brand but it is a Chinese local glucometer
    4 Eye checkup Vouchers- They never reimburse any amount against vouchers.
    6 Pharmacy Vouchers- Biggest lie this voucher is of Rs 36000, but this vouchers has only Rs. 12000 that will never be reimbursed
    4 Dental Checkup Voucher- They never reimburse any amount against vouchers.
    3 Shopping Vouchers- These voucher is also fraud, they said u can use it in , but when u go to bigbazar & patanjali store to purchase, they show you the Exit door. U can use these voucher to buy product from PHCI site & in each coupan or Rs. 2000 you have to pay Rs. 500 handling charge

    Preventive health care India is a fraud. They make fool of innocent people I advise all the people please do not get trap in their fraud plan like I got. They didn’t send the complete kit and when I called them they do not pick my call or don’t even response to my email. All the people saying positive thing about them are their own employee. I bet you if you are not fraud then response to my email or bother to pick up my call. Again guys please do not fall in their trap after receiving payment they do not call or response to your email. Beware of them, they are conmen.

    She was indeed very helpful in letting me know how to get my claims settled. As suggested by her I have sent the relevant vouchers and bills by courier with bank details and expect to get these settled asap.
    I wish to convey my sincere thanks to her and hope she continues assisting all clients.
    I have yet to get my massager which was not delivered to me.

    Initially I had few queries which were not answered for quite some time on phone till I was able to speak to Puja Sharma. She was very helpful and supportive and guided me how to claim my vouchers which I did in anticipation of needful asap.
    I am confident that in future also all clients would be attended to as I experienced.

    Accordingly I have sent my claims as directed by Puja and I hope she continues assisting the clients to the best of her ability as she did during my interaction with her.

There staff is very helpful and they understand your concern. i recommend you all who is saying that this company is cheeted, fraud etc. please call there call center at 01145097293 and find your solution.

    PHCI is totally fraud, I have taken plan in Rs 10K and got some coupons but I’m not getting reimbursement for my claim of Rs 2500/- from last two months.

    Everyday I’m Calling to customer care number at 01145097293, Pooja/Manpreet is picking the phone and informing that payment will happen tomorrow that is never ending.

    Now they are saying no payment will happen and when I asked to transfer some senior member then they informed there is no senior member.

    I’m thinking to do FIR against them as they have cheated with syaing its 4 year plan even they are not able to server first year.

    Kindly suggest, If anyone have done FIR against their fraud.

    After going through all the comments and your experiences with PHCI it seems i am not the only only one who is being cheated by so called PHCI. In the month of June i got a call from Mr. Rajeev and then Ms. Kavita Sharma who addressed themselves working at PHCI as Senior Managers which of course i had my doubts the way they were communicating….Nevertheless MS. KAVITA SHARMA convinced me to purchase the Platinum Plan worth Rs. 9000/- offering me Rs. 1000/- discount. With a very great difficulty i got the kit but later on i sent the scanned copies of bills for reimbursement . Its more than 02 month but till date i have not got even a single paisa of reimbursement. Each time i call them up they say the signing authority is travelling, having some transaction problems so in all all fake replies.

    So beware guys those all getting calls from PHCI and refrain yourself in taking their services. PHCI is just a FRAUD company.

    I am now taking a legal action against them.

I already have some doubt on her when she didn’t want me to investigate about PHCI and in very hurry about payment.I am very impressed about plan but only thigh i m stuck with high benefits in low rate. They made there money by making fool of us. You guys must have to take some legal action against them. Just go and do at least FIR don’t wait for other guys to do things for you.

    i have also received call from 011 45654302 to take the health policy of Rs 10000/ for four years. That foolish person couldn’t answer my queries. Then he transferred my to call to Ms Nandini Sharma 08285989367 she explained almost everything in detail, but when i gone through the reviews. i saved my 10000/ Rs.

    Thank you guys for your valuable time and effort to make aware others.

    Anyperson looking for help can contact me here, now i m gathering information to file suit againt them, to teach lesson these frauds.

I have paid 10000. on line on 1 st Aug.2016.their executive told me that within 2 working day u will receive the kit.after 8 days of payment we have not receive the kit. then I have requested for cancelation and I receive the cancelation mail on 14 the Aug.and they mentioned you will received money within 7 to 15 working days. But till date I have not received any amount. I calling customer care no.on daily basis and manpreet is telling lye that tomorrow u will received. Even she is not transfer the phone to her Seniors. Now I have decided to give the legal notice of mony recovery with interest.

    I had taken platinum plan from preventive healthcare http://www.phci.org in, made the online payment of 10000/- through credit card but haven’t received any confirmation afterwards, nor any email so far. No one is even picking up my calls at customer care 01145097293. Difficult to trace them now. Such kind of customer service they have now, how will they manage their claims I really don’t know. Kindly check these people at the earliest to save others.

    I too got a call yesterday. The lady promised me to issue huge lucrative benefits. I told her to email me all the details of the plan. The email I got had nothing except few lucrative sentences.
    The plan she offered is of 10000 which covers every thing including maternity room rent medicines diagonosis and many more which will be availed upto 4years by 6 family members.
    I had a doubt so I asked her to call me on monday
    My plan is to record their voice and lodge a complaint against them.

    Wow, this is an eye opener. I was about to buy the 10000 package. The guy Rohit called me and told me that this project of Preventive Health Programme is supported by WHO. No such information on their portal.

    I purchased the platinum package (10000) from this fraud PHCI company 20 days back and the executive name was Riya khanna 7838788495. She told me that I will get cashless treatments, even maternity expenses for my wife, dental RCT, cataract eye operation benefit for 4 years 6 person.
    Even for the shopping vouchers she told me that these shopping vouchers will be applicable on Patanjali stores, Big Bazaar and Reliance store as well.

    When I received the package,
    1) It doesn’t have any information regarding cashless treatments, dental RCT, cataract eye operation etc.
    2) Shopping voucher only valid on PHCI site with rs 500 courier charges per coupon, and their site contains useless items. Also issue date may 2017 and validity 3 month.
    3) All checkup,pharmacy, doctor consultation Coupon have only 9 month validity inspite of 12 month.
    4) No BP, sugar and body massager delivered.
    5) Riya khanna blocked my call

I am worried about my 10,000 rupees and no idea what to do. Their manager Riya is not picking up the phone and even other landline nos are also not responsive.

    Dear all I am also suffering from same cheeters 10 days beck I got call from phci. I talked to their manager called riya khanna she somehow impressed me by lot false offers and benefits and I paid them 10000 by my credit card. Next days I realised that company is froud and I have been cheated, I immediately asked them to cancel my plan they said that they will contact me in next 48 hours but till now call is coming in my way and their team members talking very rudely. So I am asking is their any way got our money back from those cheaters. Or any body is there who can help us. Can we all sufferers can do jointly to teach them good lesson.

    This is a completely fraud company! I paid Rs 10,000 on Sep 3rd, 2016 and still have not received anything from PHCI. When I called them again and again, in December they said they are arranging a refund. After no further response, in mid Jan I contacted their website and got an email that I will get the refund within next 10 working days. No refund yet, and the number seems to be dead, emails are bouncing.

    I would suggest to charge back who so ever paid through credit card, there will be an investigation from the bank and you should get your money back, it will be the business responsibility to provide enough proofs that they charged right.

    I too received calls from this number and when asked to send the proposal on their letter head, the senior team member said there are no letter heads but they can send the mail if required, asked if they want to do business, i need to know if you are not fraud, she said “you won’t be able to take plans like that if you think every one is fraud” ha ha, it was a fraud and my money is safe…please do investigate before making any payments over phone calls

    I have received the call from Preventive health Care India. Dated 5th may and they offer me
    platinum plan of Rs 10000 which I brought from their website http://www.phci.org.in
    the same day I have study about this company on internet, where lots of people complain about their promises and fraud. I have also talk to those people they share with me their voice call record and oter detail, where they promises to give Patanjali and Big bazaar coupons while I had checked with the Patanjali store and Big Bazar they don’t except any of their coupon.
    The next day 6th may I have sent them a mail to cancel this policy and they have accepted my request for policy cancelation dated 10th may. After repeatedly reminding them they have confirmed me to refund my 10000Rs within 7-15 working days. I have also sent them my account detail dated 23rd May. But till now I have not received my refund.
    I have also sent letter for refund though Speed Post No. EU711064995IN dated 02.06.17 which is delivered to them 05th June 2017
    As I have not received any policy no. or registration no. from PHCI, when I am calling to their customer care no. 011-45097293 they will recognise my case though my mobile no. 9560841919 and My name Mayank singh Negi.
    I have called them almost every day but they don’t confirm when they will refund my money and said they will call me back but they don’t call back.
    Please look into this and stop these people to make fool innocent people

    PHCI s not a reliable company. They are totally fake. What they promise or assure you, they will never come upto that expectation. I am also victim of their smart telephonic marketing skill. Fortunately, after daily persuasion I could recover my money but after paying returning charges on their post dated cheque which was dishonoured on presentation. However, they have promised me to refund the charges but let us see -when?

    I had purchased it on 08/04/2016 at cost of 10k for four years.they Promise I will revevie kit with in 5 days, but not recevied.I tried to conntact but phone is not connecting pls advise should I file fraud complaint police stn.

    i have paid rs10,000/- to them on their repeatedly calling me. After the money was paid through credit card there was no response from their side and one day finally all their numbers went…out of service or the number does not exist anymore.
    Till today I have not been able to take any services from them and neither did I receive any of the free gifts promised.
    This is a clear case of fraud and should be sternly dealt with by all the sufferers and the appropriate authirity combinedly.

    fraud company … just do not fall into lucrative offers… i have lost 10k amount …
    it has been 10months now, yet to receive any health equipment till now
