Prepayment in Airtel for 35/- for 28 days.

I remitted RS.35 for unlimited call and 1GB daily data in the previous week.But it is activated only one-day.Now there is no out going call,while Iam calling,reply is that there is no sufficient balance to call.So I request to take necessary action to activate my account.My Airtel mobile number is 9995558013.
