Professional Courriers did not Income tax proof declaration envelope on time and publishing false statement in their website that the document had been delivered.

I am Ms. Sanhita Mitra , working in IBM , Chennai. The worst service ever I had . My AIRWAY BILL No is MAA552224012 ,I have sent my income tax proof submission document through Professional courier from Chennai to Kolkata on 13 th February , 2020 , from Ramapuram centre. This was supposed to reach at Kolkata on Saturday Evening . It has not yet reached to the destination and the website is showing that it had reached . Such a nasty courier system. Customer care is behavior is also bad.

I have paid Rupees 75 for that courier charges.

Please take necessary action against it .
