when i get the product by courier the packing was perfect but when i started to use the powerbank it was not even charging my mobile phone half so i send a return request to the shopclues.com they inform me to fill the form to return the product. i filled the form and after two days they send me mail that “we are not able to get product from your side you have to send it us.” and we will give you the money back in terms of there purchase points in which i am not interested. and now they are not giving reply to my mail which i send to them. i want all my money back.
