faulty product

I have orderd one powetbank from ask me bazar..but its turns out to be a faulty one when I complaint about it they told that they will aranged a revarsed pickup an will refund the money within 7 to 10 working days ..but its over and still I haven’t received the refund..when I call on customers care they also don’t helps me out..
Plz look into the matter.
