Postpaid to Prepaid Migration – Irresponsible Answer from Vodafone

I’m using Vodafone Postpaid Connection since 26/12/2009 – 9885211114, and now due to my frequent visits on my work to other States I decided to migrate my number to prepaid. As per Govt./TRAI rules any post paid number can migrate to prepaid if it completes certain period, in my case its been 2 years so there will not be any problem in migrating my number to prepaid. From past 4 months i’m trying for this and those Vodafone people are making me to run behind their offices without any perfect information wasting my work and money.When I went to Vodafone office in Vijyawada(Andhra Pradesh) they are telling there is no rule from Govt/TRAI in migrating Postpaid to Prepaid we will not do it, but in that time in front of me those people are migrating one postpaid number to prepaid, but they are telling me we can’t do it. I was totally irritated with those Vodafone people, that’s why as my last option i’m giving complaint to you. Please concern my request and solve it fast as I was your the only hope i’m having now.
