Dear Forum,
My self sunny garg from haridwar. I am using IDEA postpaid connection from last 5 years. I received a bill of 11574.00 rs on 21 May 2013, against my credit limit 3000.00 rs.
I have a 98 rs plan for 1 gb net usase but it goes 0.9 gb extra. but it was not informed by company that you are crossing the plan also i call to customer care on 15 may to enquire about the next plan they told that it was automatically renewed.
After 21 may i call to customer care 5 times. on 1 june Mr. Dheeraj Tewari told that bill should not cross the limit if i was not using the download continuously. i have my bill which shows the same that i was not using the net continuously.
Even after this discussion they are not ready to change the bill. i was not getting any SMS regarding net plan over and regarding 70% credit limit cross.
My service should be closed after crossing the credit limit as per the credit limit rule. but thay did not do so.
Kindly help me as I do not want to change my no.
