Recently I have shifted from prepaid to postpaid plan. Just because vodafone peoples called me and told me the exciting plans of post paid. But when My postpaid plan was got activated I found my self cheated. So I called their customer care and ask them to switch my number from 3G postpaid to 2G postpaid of Rs399 plan. next day i got call from vodafone customer care confirming that my 2G postpaid is activated. At that time I checked on their website also it was showing MYBill of 399/- that was plan. But after 4 days when checked again for my bill i showing Rs643 as UNBILLAMOUNT. I dont know in 4 days how my bill got increased just by double. So again I called to their customer care they are saying now that I have to pay this much amount. But I dont want to pay the amount which I have not used.
Please take a necessary steps regarding the VODAFONE peoples who are cheating to innocent peoples by their fake schemes.
