LPG Subsidy not received.

LPG Subsidy are not coming properly to Account. I am a consumer of Indane LPG Gas. My name is Munni Bhakat. I live in Berhampore, West Bengal. My Consumer ID is 19458, My LPG ID is 37500000080828748, My Aadhaar no. is 494644649667. On 23-03-2015 I received a LPG Gas which Cash memo no. 3000293438, Order no. 2000232055, Delivery Date 23-03-2015, Order Date 11-03-2015. NET Amount Paid Rs. 661.50. But subsidy not received in Bank Account yet. When we call in CUSTOMER CARE 18002333555 it was told no Gas delivered to me on that day in their records. I think the Distributor is doing some guilty with us. Or their making duplicate Cash memo and collecting extra money. That’s way we didn’t get our advance money yet. Our Distributer name is MURSHIDABAD W/S CON CO-OP SOC, Code no. 140360. Please take the matter seriously return our subsidy amount as soon as possible.
