I HAVE BOOKED A FLAT AT PANORAMA PROJECT IN GREATER NOIDA IN 2005 I have made the total amount of flat Rs. 5454250 by 21st June 2011. I have also paid an amount of rupees 71689 as maintainence fee from 01-07-2011 as well as interest on the late payment of Rs. 71530. The builder has calculated an amount of Rs. 162250 as special rebate towards late possession till 31-01-2011.
I visited many a times and contacted Mr. Vinay Veer Singh project manager at Panorama but he is unable to handover the flat as the flat is not yet ready for possession. I can produce an email from him.
I have written letter and email to their offices and concern person but there is no answer at all. When I visited their office they only one answer that it will take time.I request your good office to get the flat ready for possession and also asked them to refund me the amount of interest Rs.71530 and maintainence charges Rs. 71689 plus late possession amount.of Rs. 274500 till 30th June 2012.
