I purchased a benetton pack of two crew neck t-shirts from seventymm.com(order no.-smao136701), last month. But, surprisingly the t-shirt shrinked a lot after it’s first wash. Now, the shirt is a complete misfit, and I haven’t worn it even once.
I called the company within 3 days of delivery, they assured me for the product replacement, but their executive never show up.
then, I mailed the company’s ceo(9538664670), he called me back and assured for a complete refund, but now he is not even picking up my calls from weeks.
