I have bought a YEIDA plot of 300 mtr. from original allottee in 2010 and Authority has transferred the same in my name Shanker Lal Kalra after paying necessary stamp duty and all formalities. Since the last 2 years, the farmers has put a case against the Authority in Allahabad High Court and the Court Stayed many plots out of which my plot is also in stay list. The Yamuna Expressway Industrial Development Authority increasing the Cicle rates every year and current rates are 13500/-. The original rates were 4750. I am unable to get lease of agreement in my name because of stay on plot. But the fault or fight is between Authority and farmers. Why should we investers bear. Whenever the solution will come, the authority will ask us to register the plot at current rates. I request consumer forum to kindly ensure us that the lease of agreement must be done at original rates of Rs. 4750/- because the fight is between farmers and Yamuna Expressway Authority and we must be allowed at Rs. 4750/- per sq.mtr. and not the circle rates.
Also, I request the consumer forum to kindly instruct the Yamuna Authority to deal with farmers urgently and hand over the possession of the plot to me.
