Port out request of corporate mobile numbers rejected by Airtel unethically

We are the corporate user of mobile numbers in the name of our organisation “M/s PROSPECTIVE GENESIS”. We requested the Porting of our mobile donor operator Airtel Punjab to Reciepent operator Idea cellur Punjab. But the Airtel has rejected our request unethically of port out due to the reason “Invalid Authorisation Letter”. While the Authorisation Letter is valid in every form.
