Harassment and Cheating case against Tata Docomo

Dear Sir/Ma’am,
I had a Tata Docomo Postpaid plan for wifi. I used it and i was paying regularly every month,When I paid last time then I requested to customer care to disconnected my account service because I m not using my dongle. Then again the next month I got a bill. I told them again that I am not using this connection ,why should i pay? Same thing happened for the 3rd month. I called them this time and clarified that I am not going to pay any more. They kept calling me and harassing me. Then today I received a call from their Legal, saying that I have to pay. otherwise i will see you in court.

Even though the bill amount isn’t much but why should I pay when i did not used it?
Please help in this.
