Sir.. I’m a college student doing my graduation…and i need a reliable internet connection as a resource for my studies..my complaint is regarding very poor internet service provided by MTNL and about negligence shown by the customer care in taking suitable action ..My landline no. is 25391507 …it has been 4-5 months since my broadband is very unstable and its almost impossible to use internet with ‘ADSL’ light being highly unstable…the internet comes and goes on a frequent basis….I’ve complained several times about this problem to customer care no. Of MTNL but no action has been taken yet…every time i make a complaint they say “your problem will be solved” but no action is taken…mine is a middle class family and we cannot afford expensive isp like ‘airtel’… So it will be very kind of you if you look into the matter and forward my complaint to a higher level…i shall be highly obliged..
