Poor Speed and Improper Service

Name of company/service: Tata Photon Plus Broadband

I am using Tata Photon Plus wireless Broadband in Chennai Suburban Area Near Tambaram Sanatorium for the past few Months, Now I am getting very Poor Speed and I made several Complaints in this regard, The Customer Care people are sitting in the city of Hyderabad and there is no proper response to my Complaints, The Technical Support team in the Chennai area are inert one, still I am getting the Poor Speed Problem
