I Have booked my household through Gati Home packers & Movers, contact person Mr. Vikas, Contact no. 9811396578 and 9811396579 on 30.03.2013 from DLF Phase-3, Gurgaon to Bhopal and I have been promised that my household will sent through separate full transport and will be delivered in 2 days i.e. on 01.04.2013 and I have paid 80% amount on the time of booking. Finally after several follow ups I got it delivered on 05.04.2013 midnight and found 5 of my cartons were in opened position and material was transported through part supply and not through separate transport.
after opening of my household I found various damage and breakage and I complained about it, I asked them to compensate me against my insurance cover for a reasonable amount of Rs.2960/-, which was actual damage. Since 1st week of April in last 2 months I have made 100’s of call and wrote few mail to them but now they are cheating on me. every time they used to refused to answer my phone, and when ever they answered my call, Mr. vikas used to say sir cheque is ready please come and collect I have given my bank details to get it deposited there only or courier it on my address to bhopal but they are playing with me since last 2 months.
