Hi Rekha Raj,

Please read the following my complaint in details and justify me with refund of money.

On 30th August I visited your store at Bellandur, Bangalore to buy a Data card to use during my travel. I requested for a data card which works on National Roaming. Your team suggested me to go for Net Cruise data card, since I preferred I told them I want prepaid one and also informed your team my requirement. I am travelling to remote areas in India hence I need a data card which works without any issue. I was told to pay 605 (500 for Netcruise and 105 for reload plan); I was told that initial plan (105) valid for one month unlimited download out of this 10GB downloads with 3G speed additional with 2G speed. I clearly asked if I am at remote places in MP/UP will it work, they told that in remote areas it works but the speed is not 3G speed. I purchased the data card MDN 8453712297.
I was promised that the data card will be activated in 48 hours. Unfortunately due to your internall problems the data card not activated on 2nd September. After multiple visits to your store finally it was activated on 5th September by 5PM.
I used the data card at Chennai and Ammasandra in Karnataka without any problem till 17th of September. On September 18th I travelled to Narasingpura near Damoh in MP. Vodafone selling 3G data cards at Damoh. Unfortunately I am not able to use the Net Cruse there as it connects but not downloading/uploading any data. I called the support people. They say since the balance is zero I am not able to download/upload any data and requested me to buy remote package. I send my son again to your Bellandur store and informed them my problem (clearly informed that I am at remote location in MP). I was told to buy a National Roaming plan for Rs 655 so that I can download 2GB data and it is valid for one month. I purchased the package assuming my problem will be resolved and I can use the Net Cruise but unfortunately after loading the Rs 655 package my earlier 10GB. By purchasing the new plan, neither my new roaming working nor my old 10GB working. I lost both. I raised complaint SEP/50 on 23rd Sep at 14:03; SEP/38 on 20th Sep at 21:55:59 ; SEP/37 on 20th Sep at 19”51.

You can check your site for all the false promises you are making. If you need more details I can provide.

My complaints are not closed till date, at least I am not received any update till date. I returned to Bangalore now without utilising the services you promised due to your problem.
I demand the refund of my initial activation Rs 605 and national roaming load of Rs 655 with a penalty of Rs 5000 for the inconvenience caused to me (I lost business worth more than 3 lakhs) but I would like to claim reasonably. I except your immediate attention and response with suitable compensation.
Please see the enclosed call logs. The time I spent on explaining my issues to your team every day multiple times (as everyone promises to resolve the issues in next 4 hours but not returns my calls with updates) every time with a new team member with new promises. Since you record the conversation, you can hear the record and understand my frustration and your teams promises.

My humble request to Ministry of Telecom and TRAI to support my complaint and ensure that I get Justification immediately to me.
