Very interesting to observe that when you call the customer care number they will prompt you to select sales or service. When service is selected the call blanks out and disconnects. But when you select the sales, everything works well except that you will not be connected to service calls.
They want to sell stuff but not service. While selling they say they large service network but now I understand it in fact doesn’t operate. Never buy any product from Eureka Forbes thinking that they will provide service. It has the worst service.
