Poor Service and no revert

Hi,

I had an urgent document that I couriered through Trackon courier on Wednesday, 11th sept’14.

There was no detail available on the website about the shipment. I enquired from the drop point and he told me that his job is to only collect the Couriers which he further gives to DTDC office which also worked as an agent for Trackon.

I went to that person on Monday, 15th Sep’14. As per him he ensured that the details will be available on the net and the courier will be delivered by 16th sept’14.

To my surprise the courier is still not delivered and the Status on the website is not updated yet. I wrote a mail to Trackon customer care but no revert from them on this poor service.

That document is critical to me and I have no clue how to trace it. The customer care never picks up the call.

The waybill no is 412500328.

Would request you to kindly take action against and also make other people aware of the poor service form Trackon and not to use that.
