I have been working in the company mentioned from 18th of august 2014 and the director of this company lord baron kielland suddenly told me to leave the company as no sales are being generated.He told to come after 2-3 days for setlement of account. when i reached the office he refused to pay me any type of money as settlement. he refused to pay me for 24 days which i worked sincerely.
Even in the clause of offer letter it was mentioned that if the employee decides to leave prematurely,he is not liable for payment but in my case,the director himself to leave the job. i never decided to leave the job.
