I bought my pulsar in 2010 in Dec 30 it’s almost 2011 my bike undergone for 3 free service & after few months my bike is under problem & in engine it’s getting some chain sound so i contacted service center they are asking me to provide 3 free service acknowledgment what they have given at the time of serivce. to repair this bike. I dont know why they need these papers because i have warrnty card. Later on i came to know this what they used to ask each & every customer’s because they know no will keep these papers & there is no intimate also from vst. This is my harden money so requesting you to take immediate action on these & kindly help me out with this thing.
I spoke to Jamir khan, he spoke to me very rudely & i dont think they dont have courtesy.
