1st mail to Samsung —“I bought a Samsung smartphone GT-I9003 with S/L No: RV3B459288E. IMEI No: 356107/04/399703/3 on 25/06/2011 from Spice Retail Ltd. 32, D P S Road, Kolkata-33, vide Invoice no.183012806.
From that day till today i have visited 3 samsung service center accross Kolkata for repairing of the phone with the same problem of touchpad & frequent software problem. I have been assured by the respective service centres that all my problems were rectified and necessary parts were replaced, all the three times. But after every 2 months again I am facing the same problem and now the phone is not opening it just stops after showing the samsung logo. Now I am just fedup of this phone and it has also crossed the warranty now. as during warranty whenever I had deposited my phone, they keep the phone and then say after few days that all the problems have been rectified. It works fine for 2 or 3 months and then the same problem arises. Its been 4th time and now the warranty is also over and I need the replacement of the set as I claim that the above set sold to me was a disputed one.”
2nd Mail — “In refer to my earlier mail regarding my above mobile handset with the furnished S/N no and details. As per your telephonic advice I have handed over my handset at your RND dept. 4, Lee Road, Kolkata to Ms. Arpita with all the documents required and accessories, after a vurbal confirmation from her end that after deduction 20% depriciation value from my purchase rate the rest amount will be refunded to me. I am very sorry to say that it has passed 14 days and I had followed on this matter on regular basis but till date Ms Arpita has failed to provide me any confirmation either on email or on hard copy regarding the receipt of the handset along with all other documents & the final agreed terms on the basis of which I will be refunded. Everytime she keeps assuring me that some approval is pending from her senior and it will be done shortly. Now, I am in a situation that neither I can purchase any new set nor I can use my existing one and I am suffering a lot in terms of business due to these unexpected issue. Please advice me for further proceedings & confirm IS THIS THE TYPE OF SERVICE YOU OFFER TO YOUR CUSTOMERS????”
