I am sufferer of poor service and customer care by AIRTEL.
I made more then 100 calls at various contact numbers with airtel…121 54321, 57878, 543211(charges 3 per min) for one simple request of changing my hello tune. Instead of taking request they transfer me here and there only to disconnect my cxall. And in whole this process i have wasted more then Rs 100 and plenty of energy.
They have promised for call back but never turn up.
Every day my unbilled ussage rise like min 200 every day. and i get calls from airtel to pay without even knowing that not bill since begining of the servive is delayed.
Airtel was good 5 years back but now it sucks in all ways.
I cant fight with them to improve their service but i can change my operator.
I am forced to apply for MNP.
This month bill would be my last bill with airtel.
