Poor Service and no technical help

Name of company/service: airtel

I have purchased an airtel 3g dongle for Rs 1899/- from retailer store in Marathahalli ,Banglore. I have submitted all my details and i was told that my network will be activated and i can use my dongle with in a week or less than that. It has been a month but still my dongle is not working and when i call customer care all they tell me is this is related to dongle 3g and you have landed in 4g helpdesk or we have only this much information. I am at a loss for trusting this company as i have almost visit cybercafes or stay back in office where i could have worked from home. I need refund for my connection as iam no more interested in wasting my time and money calling airtel people for checking the problem with my dongle. After three weeks of telling me that my sim is verified and activated now they are telling that it is not activated yet.I dont want the connection anymore as i prefer data cards of other company AIRTEL IS A WORST COMPANY i would never buy any airtel product.I have even applied for number portability from airtel to BSNL
