I buy LG Washing & Drier machine Model F14A8RDS7, from about one year ago, I faced many faults as followings;
1- Water pump (renewed by service center)
2- stands (renewed by service center)
3- Door rubber, now I have water leakage from the door, I called service center, the service came and said the door rubber is damaged and need to be renewed and we have to order from Cairo and it will be in customer account, any way now after tow weeks still we waiting the spare parts also I believe that this spare should be under guarantee.
