Hi Team,
I gave my Sony Xperia ZL for repairs at Borivali Service Center [SG Infotech] for repairs.
Problem with the phone was that the speaker of the phone was not working well also there were some issues with the bluetooth and wi-fi.
I submitted my phone to the above service center on 11th August and was told that i will be updated with the status in next 5 to 7 days
On 23rd August, i was been told that they will be replacing my phone with Sony Xperia Z and i accepted the offer and i was been told that i will be handed with the new handset late by 1 or 2 Sept.
I called up several times at the service center but the number of the center always comes as busy [+91 22 28337775]. After that i tried to call at call center of Sony on 180030002800 and they say that the request is under process and they cant provide with any ETA.
Call center pushes its responsibility to service center where as they numbers of service center are always busy.
There is no proper response and no guidance on the update on my phone repairs.
Also, the center declines to provide any stand by phones.
Today when i called the call center and explained the problem i am facing, the executive felt that this is a joke and was laughing.
I never expected that brand like Sony would have such poor service where the customers are not entertained and are left in mid of the way.
Request you to look into this and do the needful.
