Complaint against agencies and reliance

Sir,
My complaint is regarding postpaid number +91-8102816830.I used this number last in August.I am working in Dewan housing finance corporation Limited and now I posted at Patna Office (Adress : 3rd Floor, Pandey Plaza, Exhibition road, patna, 800001) I have decided to port this prepaid to Postpaid & then i got a voice call from Sramount Agencies which have provided to reliance facility I don’t know he what would be give me service, Ok then I was called him, sarmount Service provider Mr. Arshad tauhid he visited to my office he gave me Plan for converting Prepaid to Postpaid but he required to more document like Voter Id’s & other permanent document, I told him i have no any valid Identity proof but I give you document after conversation with My corporate Officer Mumbai, at a time he collect to me 300/- advance deposit money for processing this and I get a payment slip of 400/- and also he want to extra money for made a fake document I strongly said not this is not a legal way then after that my number has activate as post paid without any filling any document and any signature after few days my number has closed. I requested customer care to disconnect this number in August 2014 and the executive confirmed cannot to close that and that man who’s named Arshad Tauhid he not reach that.After one months in august last 2014 I get a call from reliance customer care executive asking to pay an outstanding bill of Rs.305 told her that my no. is supposed to be disconnected.She again confirmed that my humber is disconnected and you have to clear the outstanding amount of Rs.305 before.

Now again I was going to visit nearest branch of Patna which is situated at Dak banglow chowk & after discussion with these officer he said to me your due amount will not be exempt.

This is simply harassment after several confirmations by Reliance customer care executive of disconnection of number,Reliance confirmed by the customer care executive. and that type of agencies and agent are very bad impression and Exacerbate the impact Corte. Please resolve it and please find the attachment of Sarmount Bill, Please resolve it ASAP other wise I’ll lodge F.I.R against agencies and Reliance.
