I had taken one airtel broadband and one dth connection.in case of broadband,the connection is for 4 mbps,however speed doesnt go beyond 2 mbps.the complaint was lodged at least four time.every time someone calls and says that he has fixed the problem at back end,however on checking its same.i will pay for 4 mbps while getting half the speed there is just no response from company beside lies.another problem was with dth.the service engr installed one set and registered it also against my mob no.however in evening he changed the box.now i am getting a pack which is totally useless after paying a hefty sum.also the promised hd recording also doesnt take place.my registered mob no for both is 9868424193 and email id is [email protected]
