Not refunded my Rs.50 aftr unsuccessful recharge

resp. sir/madm,
i had recharge my prepaid number 9021581350 with Rs. 50 on 16/07/2013(09:30 am) through the mobile banking, but stil i do not receivd the balance on my number although my state bank account got deductd with Rs.50 and i also got oxitrans msg of confirming the successful recharge with oxitransID no.03386913801607201309 …I also requestd to reliance customercare email id but no action was taken..
