Name of company/service: TIKONA

very poor service.. connectivity issue.. promises to deliver proper services but most of the time its not executed. very poor customer support! I think this telecom company should now be shut down as its utter harassment for customers! Or atleast pay sum amount back at the time of disconnection!

    Hi Ritwik,

    Firstly, Tikona is an Internet broadband provider, not a telecom company. And I would advice you to post your problem on Tikona forum. Many of such problems are solved there. http://forum.tikona.in/index.php
