Not giving service nor responding and not returning Money

Name of company/service: Tatasky DTH Service

I am 78 year old person staying in Hyderabad, Old Bowenpally Area with my wife.
I purchased Tatasky DTH service on 14th Jan 2012 and used the service for 2 months. Later I went to USA for 9 months and informed Tatasky the same. They told me not to worry I can use the same after come back and if not works they will to help. After coming back in March 2013 I tried to connect my Tatasky and it was not working. I called Tatasky call center on 22nd March 2013 and informed the same. After that I am calling every day t Tatasky call center but problem not resolved. On 30th March one call center agent Mr. Swalav informed me that my Subscriber ID (1077238713) was suspended and it’s difficult and take time to get activate and advise if I am agree he generate the new ID (1103233894) and activate the service. I agreed for the same. He generated the new ID (1103233894) and informed that my STB box (Digicomp No: 931005106147) and Card (digicard No: 000094693181) Number are associated to New ID and service will be activated by Sunday 31st March 2013 Afternoon. I am really surprised when I called on 1st April to call center when they said my service was withdrawn on my request. When i start argue with them they accepted that new is generated and service will activated within 24 hr. But it’s panic for as till now neither service is activated or Customer service responds properly. I try to locate the TAT SKY DTH service office but their Office location also changed and now advertised the new address. At this point I am really helpless and request Consumer forum to help me get my service restored or return my money so I can buy another service from different Provider.
